3245 - Leader Training - 13th-14th June 2026
Regional Leadership Weekend will be held at the DOC visitor Centre Kauraeranga Valley Saturday 13 June 2026.
- Course will encompass: Leadership qualities, trip planning, group management, risk management, emergencies and technology.
- Speakers Include: Les Warren, Allan Wickens, Mike Peck, Brenda Crook and Myself.
- Saturday start time 8:30am and runs to 4pm
- Cost $25.00 (course only)
- On the Sunday 14/6/26 if enough interest, we are going to do a practical leadership exercise. I need to know in advance if individuals are wanting to take this up for logistical purposes.
- Accommodation will probably be at Te Mata, and the practical will be run from here.
