Here's the programme for CLUB NIGHT Wednesday 4 June.

 

As you all know, we are celebrating being a Club for 75 years. This Club Night is part of the celebration and we hope it is well attended. We also hope that long-standing and past members are able to attend.  If you know of anyone who missed out on our (belated) 70th, here's the chance to meet up and reminisce in Hamilton.  

 

DOORS OPEN - 6.30 pm at St Peters Cathedral in Victoria Street (meeting room adjacent).  There's ample parking within the Church grounds but latecomers may have to park on the street. NOTE - this start time is half an hour earlier than normal as we have a longer programme.  The meeting starts at 7.00 pm and we expect to finish around 9.30 pm.  Between 6.30 and 7.00, you can look at displays of historical photos etc. 

 

7.00 pm - usual monthly trip presentation for the months of June-July.  

 

7.30 pm - At least one hour of 75^th anniversary stuff - anyone can speak briefly if they wish.  There will be a slide presentation showing past Club activities

 

8.30 (approx.) - A short break for finger food and refreshments.  PLEASE - bring a plate (savoury, sweet, sandwiches etc).  We will have hot savouries available. 

 

9.00 (approx) - AUCTION.  Feel free to bring along something to auction, either as a material item or service you can offer.  Bivouac Hamilton, one of our sponsors, has some great items that are on offer.

 

9.30 (approx) - Finish but feel free to linger and chat.
