All bookings and payment must be made in advance. 

There are two ways to book:

• Preferred - go to our website waikatoskiclub.co.nz for members only bookings
• Non Members may email the Waikato Mountain Lodge Booking Officer: Mary Reed - This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. 

The following booking information is required for all Mountain Lodge bookings

• Your name. Are you a Member or Non-member?
• Contact numbers for you (home and mobile)
• Email
• Number of Adults
• Number of Children (Ages)
• Dates accommodation required

All of this information is very important, as it allows us to complete your booking & contact you. 

Payment

• All Lodge fees for bunk nights are to be paid in advance, unless an alternative arrangement is made with the Booking Officer.
• Electronic payments are really convenient, but please follow these instructions so that we don’t have any trouble identifying what your payment is for. 
  • Payee : Waikato Ski Club
  • Account : 03-1555-0091625-04
  • Particulars : Lodge Accom
  • Code : (your name)
  • Reference : (First date booked for)
  • Note that for some banks you have to separately update the Waikato Ski Club payee details before you create the actual payment.
