Adventure week 16 - 22nd February 2019
Starting from Otaki Forks we'll tackle the Southern Main Range - Maungahuka, Andersons Memorial to Nichols Hut. Then head off track to maybe the best hut in the Tararua's, Carkeek Hut. Then we'll continue our off track adventures with a quick trip up Mitre, around Girdlestone, Adkin, South King and finish with a Southern Crossing via Alpha and Kime, back to Otaki Forks.
The best of the Tararua Tops. A mix of huts and tenting. Lots of ups, loads of downs, fitness a must.
